Though the timing for our taking this trip couldn’t have been worse, I’d do it all over in a heartbeat!  Mike, with the patience of a saint, tirelessly worked with each of us Garmin nubies as well as those experienced, to keep us on course in an international arena.  Partner Caren worked endlessly to ensure all of our wants and needs were met, and I don’t know how she fit it in, but took tandem touring to another level by hiring specialists in gourmet cooking, local historical tour guiding and touring a family run olive oil facility.  Together the Biancos put together the tandem ride of a lifetime with unforgettable memories of a joyous 7 days sharing fun, exploration and adventure topped with the finest cuisine and drink. We made several friends that we look forward to riding with again.  The atmosphere was always friendly, positive, supportive, lively and festive with song and dance.  Who could ask for morel
